Laserable Leatherette offers the look and feel of genuine leather at a fraction of the price. Laserable leatherette sheets can be personalized through laser engraving for a sharp contrast, or screen printing for a full-color effect. They have iron-on adhesive backing.
Leatherette can be engraved with a Glowforge or any other CO2 laser. Please see product pictures for engraving colors. Most sheets engrave in black, but some engrave in silver or gold. You can also personalize them using HTV, heat transfer vinyl and your Cricut machine.

Posted settings are recommendations only. For best results it is recommended you attempt a small test area before moving forward with a larger design. Results may vary on each machine due to machine type, age, and maintenance.

Soot residue, if any, can be removed using LA Awesome Cleaner.
Ironing instructions
Simply remove the paper backing and place the patch in the desired location. The back is a bit tacky to help with placement. Iron at 285F for 10-15 seconds applying medium pressure. For best results on hats use a hat press. Hand-wash only.

I have used quite a bit of leatherette from this company and the finished product is great. Using my GlowForge, it cuts, scores, and engraves very well. I use it for hat patches and the adhesive on the back has worked great as well. I just made 120 hats for my son's company, and they all came out just fine. Only concern is the residue the product leaves on the inside of my machine.
Ive used the leather sheets and 3x2 patches and they have all been great
I use this to make laser cut hat patches with my 50w fiber laser, and they turn out great! I haven't tried it on the metallics but I've got some on order to try. Customers love it. Very easy to work with and the sticky adhesive holds it in place so it doesn't shift when going into a hat press.
Good quality leatherette material. Always my go to choice!
