Logo Requirements:
File format: PNG, AI, SVG, PDF, lbrn, High-Resolution Picture.
Solid black and white design, without gradients.
For best visibility, please ensure all lines are at least 0.4mm thick. Minor design adjustments are included, but if your file requires more extensive edits, we’ll contact you.
For die-cut shapes, you may include the desired patch outline in your file, or we can create it for you. Price includes a maximum patch size of 9 sqin. Calculated L x W

Grizzly Leatherette:
We use our line of Grizzly Leatherette to create this patches. Our Grizzly Leatherette is thicker and more resistant than other laserable leatherette in the market.
Grizzly Adhesive backing, engineered for superior bonding strength with a non-tacky adhesive backing that activates when heated.

Weatherproof Performance: Our Grizzly Leatherette is resistant to water, heat, and extreme weather conditions, ensuring your creations remain intact and secure, even in challenging environments. It can be machine washed and dried.
- Adhesive Type: Grizzly Adhesive is a non-tacky film at room temperature and will require heat to apply.
- Thickness: 1.8 mm.
Hat Application Instructions:
- Set hat press to 320F.
- Press hat for 20 seconds to remove moisture.
- Remove paper backing and place the patch while the hat is still hot.
- Cover patch with 1/16" silicone sheet or similar.
- Iron at 320F for 45 seconds applying medium pressure.
